January 17-19, 2020 Weekend Retreat: Friday afternoon, All day Saturday and Sunday until noon.

Location: Aldermarsh on Whidbey Island 6436 Maxwelton Road, Clinton WA, 98236

Registration: Early bird registration by 9.15.19 $595. Standard rate after 9.15.19 $675

Includes shared lodging, vegetarian meals and practice: Space is limited to 12 people. Click on upper right, “About” for more information

Approximate schedule: Friday

  • 2:30- 4pm Check in

  • 4-5pm Introduction

  • 5-6:30pm Dinner family style

  • 6:30-9pm Practice

Approximate schedule: Saturday

  • 6:30-7:30am Guided meditation

  • 7:30-9am Breakfast/break

  • 9-10:00am Discussion

  • 10:30-11:30am Yoga/movement

  • 12-12:30pm Sauna & Mantra (if available)

  • 12:30-4pm Lunch/break, time for self

  • 4-5:30pm Practice

  • 5:30-7pm Dinner

  • 7-9pm Practice/Discussion

  • 6:30-7:30am Meditation

  • 7:30-9am Breakfast/break

  • 9-11:30am Practice & Closing discussion
