TIME: Friday afternoon, all day Saturday and Sunday until noon.

LOCATION: Aldermarsh on Whidbey Island 6436 Maxwelton Road, Clinton WA, 98236

FEE: $850 Regular rate +tax

Includes shared lodging, vegetarian meals and practice: Click on upper corner, “About under Retreat” for more information

Preferred payment: Apple Pay and Check (able to process via Venmo and PayPal with transaction fee).

Approximate schedule: Friday

  • 2-3:30pm Check in

  • 4-6pm Introduction, movement and discussion.

  • 6-7:30pm Dinner, family style

  • 7:30-8:30pm Practice & Sound healing

Approximate schedule: Saturday

  • 7:30-8:30am Breakfast self-serve family style

  • 8:30-9:30am Guided meditation

  • 9:30-10:30am Discussion

  • 10:30-11:30am Yoga/movement

  • 12-12:30pm Sauna & Mantra (if available)

  • 12:30-3:30pm Lunch family style/break, time for self (walk, read, rest, connect with friends or quiet time to yourself)

  • 3:30-5pm optional learn to cook Thai food combine with mindfulness

  • 5-6pm Practice

  • 6-7:30pm Dinner family style

  • 7:30-8:30pm Practice/Discussion or Sound healing

Approximate schedule: Sunday

  • 7:30-8:30am Breakfast self-serve family style/break

  • 8:30-9:30am Meditation/sit

  • 9:30-11:30am Practice & Closing discussion
